  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons spicy Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 3 cups panko
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 pound seitan, sliced into thin cutlets
